Alice Liu focuses on strategy, operations, and AI-driven business growth, with a decade of hands-on go-to-market experience across finance and technology. 

 

Alice holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Washington University in St. Louis (Mathematics and Finance).

She currently serves as Head of Commercial Ops at an AI applications company focused on the biotech CRO space, leading 1-to-100 GTM execution, sales growth, and the build-out of commercial operations systems. She has also repeatedly helped herself and the Chinese companies she has worked with expand globally in today’s evolving environment—shaping B2B positioning and value propositions, designing channel strategies, and driving localized growth.

She previously worked in J.P. Morgan’s Technology Investment Banking group, supporting large M&A and IPO transactions across the tech sector, including SaaS.
